Remote Working

The past 6 months have represented many challenges as we have worked hard to manage the transition to home working for office based staff, whilst recognising the need to support our ‘front line’ colleagues within our warehouse, our drivers and people working in office based operational roles. Our IT team have done a fantastic job of ensuring our teams working from home are fully equipped and from a Health & Safety and pastoral perspective we have made sure we are providing every support possible. As a result we have received positive feedback through employee surveys and have been delighted with the levels of efficiency we have achieved. On every level we have pulled together as a team – which is what we’re all about. As we start our new financial we are excited about what the future holds and feel confident that by listening to our staff, we will adjust to a hybrid working environment which will be much more flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the group.
