What to expect?
During the pre-call, our Delivery Technician will check if you are a self-isolating household (including containing high-risk, vulnerable or shielding individuals) or if your postcode is in a UK government identified localised Coronavirus (Covid-19) lockdown area Tier 3 (Very High) or above (i.e national lockdown). If this is the case, a door service (for deliveries or collections) will be offered only. This can be outside, or immediately inside your property.
If in-home services have been requested and restrictions allow for them to be provided (including installations*, repairs*, product recycling* or room of choice delivery) our Technician will be asked to perform an individual risk assessment to ensure the service can be completed in a safe manner. We will use appropriate PPE, Cleaning, Handwashing and Hygiene procedures and will ask that the minimum 2-metre social distancing be observed. This could mean occupants being asked to remain in a different room whilst the service is performed.
