What to expect?
During the pre-call, our Delivery Technician will check if you are a self-isolating household, including containing high-risk, or vulnerable or shielding individuals. If this is the case, a drop at door service will be offered. This can be outside, or immediately inside your property.
If in-home services have been requested, including installations*, repairs*, product recycling* or room of choice delivery, our Technician will be asked to perform an individual risk assessment to ensure the service can be completed in a safe manner. We will use appropriate Cleaning, Handwashing and Hygiene procedures and will ask that the minimum 2-metre social distancing can be observed. This could mean occupants being asked to remain in a different room whilst the service is performed.
