COVID-19 Updates

Effective from 12 April 2021

The safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues remains paramount.

All of our services are currently in line with latest government guidance.

This means there may be some changes to our usual processes around deliveries and additional services.

What to expect? (for deliveries or collections)

  • Full services now available – including deliveries, installations / assemblies, room of choice, unpacking, collections, packaging removal, appliance recycling.
    During the pre-call, our Delivery Technician will check if you are a self-isolating household.
  • If yes – only a non-contact doorstep delivery service can be provided
  • If not – the Delivery Technician will reconfirm that you are willing to allow access into the property to perform the services with appropriate Covid Secure measures in place.On arrival, our Technician will perform an individual risk assessment to ensure the relevant service(s) can be completed in a safe manner.

We will use appropriate cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures, including the wearing of face coverings and gloves, and will ask that the minimum 2m social distancing be observed. This could mean occupants being asked to remain in a different room whilst the service is performed.
